In celebration of the Month of the Military Child, Patch Library will be hosting its annual youth Photography Contest. 👧👦👶
📷 There will be 6 categories, including
- People
- Animals
- Special Effects
- Landscape/Nature
- Action
- Still Life/Macro
and it is open to all school-aged children, and they will compete in different grade categories of
- K-5th
- 6th -8th
- 9th -12th.
Registration forms will be available at the library prior to the contest. You just need to simply grab it, fill it out, and turn it in with your photos (1 form per photo). Participants can only submit 1 photo per category (up to 6 entries possible). Participants should also upload a digital copy to our Patch Library Facebook Group page for our on-line gallery.
📣 Winners and the Best-of-Show will be announced at the CYS Spring Fest. Winners will receive a certificate.
Cost
Free to participate.
Registration Information
Participants should bring a registration form and printed 8"x10" photo (Arts & Crafts has a photo printing service) by Apr.18, 6 p.m.
