September 16 (3:30-11 p.m.) & Sept 17 (11 a.m.-11 p.m.), Panzer Kaserne (behind Bldg. 2915)

Open to DOD ID Cardholders and their guests.

*Kid activities close at 7 p.m. each night. Tent is 18+ only after 7 p.m.

GENERAL ADMISSION

Your $15 (ages 5+) general admission wristband includes access the event, and unlimited activities**! Kids 4 and under are free! All sales end one hour prior to closing. Buy your wristbands and drink tokens starting Sept. 1 at Patch Arts & Crafts Center, Galaxy Bowling & Entertainment Center, or Kelley/Robinson Barracks Fitness Centers.

RESERVE YOUR TABLE

When you reserve your own table for your friends, unit or family, you'll receive 8 general admission wristbands for access to the event, activities* outside of the tent, a reserved table for 8 inside of the tent (choose one session below), and view of the stage entertainment! $200 for eight (8) guests. Reserve your table Aug. 8-31 at Patch Arts & Crafts Center, or online at: webtrac.mwr.army.mil.

Missed the cutoff for reserving a table? Now you've got a second chance! Sept. 12-15, you can reserve a table at Prost on Post!

SPECIAL EVENT SHUTTLE BUS

The Special Event Shuttle Bus will circulate between installation and Panzer Kaserne.

Buses will run from 3:30 - 11:30 p.m. on Friday and 11 a.m.-11 p.m. on Saturday.

Patch Washington Square <---> Panzer Kaserne every 30 minutes.
Kelley Commissary <---> Panzer Kaserne every 40 minutes.
Robinson Barracks <---> Panzer Kaserne every 45 minutes.

BEER KING & QUEEN

Ever wanted to be royalty? Well, now’s your chance! Enter into the Swabian-American Biergarten social media contest for your chance to win Beer King or Queen titles, and reign over the 2022 Swabian-American Biergarten! 👑 Visit our Facebook and Instagram pages for more information. 

All first/second place winners must be available to attend Friday, September 16, 3:30-6:30 p.m. session inside the tent. First-place winners will each receive two event wristbands each, and a reserved table to sit shared with all winners of the promotion. The winners will be called on to assist with the keg tapping ceremony, the stein-holding competition. The first-place winners will even be interviewed live on AFN!

Must be 18+ to enter. Participants must be DOD ID cardholders. 

WHAT TO WEAR

Try on and buy your dirndl or lederhosen Sept. 12-15 at the Galaxy Bowling & Entertainment Center and wear it to the event!

ANIMAL GUESTS

No pets allowed; only service animals.
