Unleash your powerlifter spirits and show off what you got! 🏋️
USAG Stuttgart Iron Stallion Invitational — Powerlifting meet will be held on Aug. 29 at Panzer Fitness Center. This event is an amateur competition that is not sanctioned. Participants will be competing under the rules of USA Powerlifting and will be scored by using weight classes. The Wilks Formula will be used for the pound for pound award.
🏅 1st & 2nd, male & female in each weight class will receive medals.
⏳ Timeline of the event:
- 7:30 - 9 a.m. — Check-in, Equipment checks, and Weigh-in
- 9:30 a.m. — Safety & Rules briefing
- 10 a.m. — First lift (Order of lifts: Squat ➔ Bench ➔ Deadlift)
*Lifters must wear singlets.

Cost
- Early Registration: $15 per lifter
- Same-day Registration: $20 per lifter
- $15 for an event T-shirt.
Registration Information
Open to all military units and civilians in the USAG Stuttgart Community and Garrisons throughout Europe. Lifters must be 18+ years of age and out of high school.
Stop by any USAG Stuttgart Fitness Center to register starting Aug. 3-24.
