Kick off the new year on the right foot—both literally and figuratively! Join us for a fun and motivating fitness challenge designed to help you build balance, strength, and confidence.
💪 Participants will complete 4 out of 5 exercises to earn their spots on the success board:

Single Leg Stand – 30 seconds each leg

Push-Ups (ball side down) – minimum 10
-
Decline Walkouts – minimum 10
-
Squats (ball side up) – minimum 10
-
Step Back & Knee Raise (ball side down) – 10 each leg
Balance is essential in fitness and in life. Mastering these skills will benefit you every day, from workouts to daily activities. Let us help motivate you to achieve lasting strength and stability!
