Who's in for a fun-filled and physically engaging outdoor experience during this holiday weekend? Join Outdoor Recreation for a thrilling outdoor adventure starting Saturday morning! 🛶🚣‍♀️🏞️

First, we'll meet up at Forbach, Murgtal Arena, then start with the Riverbed Hiking. The adventure begins with a riverbed hike, where participants explore the fascinating natural landscape of the Murg River. For thrill-seekers, there's an optional abseiling experience from a 15-meter-high bridge directly into the riverbed. The journey continues through rocky terrain, with areas where participants jump, climb, and navigate the landscape — all while trying to keep their feet dry!  

Then, we'll head over to the beer garden for lunch, which is included in the cost. You will get to enjoy a set meal that includes more than just chicken nuggets, fries, and a drink — additional food options are available for purchase upon request. 

Lastly, we'll wrap up the day with a Soft Rafting experience. It promises a fun and safe rafting activity along a 250-meter stretch of the Murg River, featuring small rapids and an exciting kayak play area. Each rafting boat accommodates 4-5 participants and teams will navigate through the course multiple times. For the boldest adventurers, there’s even an option to swim through the kayak playground, equipped with life jackets and helmets, to experience the river’s natural current!

• Sturdy shoes (sneakers, trekking, or hiking boots)  
• T-shirt and shorts or swimwear
• Shoes that can get wet (no flip-flops)
• Dry spare clothes for after the activity

All activities will be guided by trained instructors to ensure safety and enjoyment.
