Family and MWR, are honoring these remarkable children with a series of special activities designed to celebrate their courage and strength. Join us in recognizing the bravery, fearlessness, and resilience of the military children who inspire us every day.

TGIF with ACS happens every second Friday on RB, a casual gathering where the community comes together to explore various topics each month. This month’s TGIF features a special story time with CSM Malave and author Bradlee Potter.

Simply submit your registration form along with your printed 8"x10" photo to the library to participate.

Apr. 18 | Resiliency Through Art (RTA), 3 - 4 p.m. at Patch Arts and Crafts
Resiliency through Art offers a unique and non-traditional experience. It's a creative session where participants engage with prompts and provided materials to explore resilience through artistic expression. While attendees may not necessarily leave with a finished product, they will gain valuable insights and experiences. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability. Registration is highly recommended but not required to attend this class. 

Apr. 19 | Earth Day Slime, 4 - 5 p.m. at Patch Arts and Crafts
Earth Day Slime Workshop! Dive into a hands-on experience where you'll create eco-friendly slime using Earth-inspired colors and materials. This class is recommended for ages 6+. Stop by or call Patch Arts and Crafts to register.

This special day promises pure joy as CYS Parent and Outreach Services proudly presents the annual Month of the Military Child Spring Fest! Head over to the Playground behind Building 2917 on Panzer Kaserne from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and immerse yourself in a day filled with pony rides, bounce houses, SKIES demonstrations, and other thrilling activities that honor the spirit of military children. Don't miss out on the fun!

Apr. 27 | Spring Fest Story Time, 11:30 a.m. on Panzer Kaserne at Bldg. 2917 & 2918
Engage young minds with a special Storytime session happening at the Spring Fest featuring "The Koala Who Could."
