The Zurich Christmas Market is a sparkling jewel in the crown of Switzerland's pre-Christmas season, opening its gates annually to visitors from near and far. The Christmas market in Zurich is not only predestined for its picturesque setting.

The market is held at Werdmühleplatz, in the immediate vicinity of the lower Bahnhofstrasse – a place that spreads a unique Christmas atmosphere thanks to its central location and historic backdrop. The nearby splendid buildings and the busy activity on Bahnhofstrasse lend the market an ambiance that combines traditional charm with urban flair.  

This market offers a wide range of artisanal products, creative gift ideas, and festive decorations. A special feature of the Zurich Christmas Market is the Singing Christmas Tree, a living Christmas tree with choirs standing on its branches, singing carols – an incomparable musical and visual experience. This year is 25 Years of the Singing Christmas Tree.
