❄️🏞 Join the Outdoor Recreation for a scenic winter hiking tour through the Black Forest to the tranquil Mathisleweiher pond! The route is a loop trail of approximately 8.9 km and takes 2.5 to 3.5 hours, depending on pace and conditions. The terrain features a mix of natural paths, asphalt, and fine gravel, with an elevation gain of 167m. It is perfect for intermediate hikers with good fitness level while it is great adventure for families, nature lovers, and winter enthusiasts. No special technical skills required!
Experience peaceful winter scenery, snow-covered fir forests, and the serene Mathisleweiher Pond. After the hike enjoy a cozy coffee break at cafés in Hinterzarten.
