SFRG Volunteer Training

Solider and Family Readiness Group Training includes an overview of Command Structure and information on roles and responsibilities of each SFRG member.  You will learn examples of how to best support the Commander and their intended purpose of maintaining the soldier and family readiness.  Information on best practices on volunteer roles, descriptions, and implementation of SFRG will also be provided.  This class also provides communication networking modes, resilience areas of focus and how to motivate and encourage engagement of volunteers.
