This mandatory class is specifically designed for soldiers stationed OCONUS for the first time. It serves as a crucial resource to equip soldiers with fundamental financial planning knowledge, with an emphasis on the unique considerations that come with being stationed in an OCONUS location.
The curriculum will encompass financial planning basics, including topics such as budgeting, saving, investing, and debt management. Additionally, it will address specific financial challenges and opportunities associated with OCONUS assignments, such as understanding cost-of-living differences, managing foreign currency transactions, and navigating international financial regulations.
This class will take place on Panzer Kaserne, BLDG. 2915, RM. 216.

This class is free to all DOD ID card holders.
