Join us for this interdisciplinary taught class and learn effective techniques to help you feel more confident about birthing, breast feeding, and bringing home and caring for your new baby!
We will teach you:
• Effective comfort measures for labor delivery and birthing in Germany
• Breastfeeding basics - how to do it
• Considerations for parenting and family relations
• Basic infant care
