The Kelley Hotel offers 64 rooms to include single rooms, suites, and pet friendly rooms.  The variety of rooms include:

• 56 standard stay rooms, some with connecting rooms, 3 of which are fully accessible and 4 are pet friendly.

• 8 suites with a separate bedroom – 1 of which is fully accessible.

Long term TDY and PCS guests pay every 10 days. TDY personnel staying for one evening and Space Available guests are asked to pay for their entire stay at check in. All active duty Army PCS service member's room charges will be submitted to Army Finance by the Stuttgart Lodging Accounting Office under Temporary Lodging Allowance (TLA). The service member will be responsible for acquiring a TLA authorization letter from the Stuttgart Housing Office upon check in to Stuttgart Lodging.

• Electricity is 220 volts only. The outer bathroom sink has 110 volts for hair dryers or small razors. Plug adapters are not transformers.
• The phones in your room are commercial German phones. There is 5 cent charge per minute for local calls, 10 cents a minute for Germany wide calls, 20 cents a minute for international calls, and 35 cents a minute for calls to cellular phones. A DSN phone is available in the lobby for business calls with worldwide access.
• Do not disturb - When you place the Do Not Disturb sign on your door, you are indicating no service is required. However, because of health standards, we are required to provide service after 2 days. Other arrangements can be made with the reception desk or room attendant to comply with your work schedule. If the sign is displayed after 12 p.m., your room will be serviced the next day.
• Towels - Our policy in observing Environmental Awareness in regards to our towel service is, put your towels back on the rack if you want to re-use them, otherwise off the rack means fresh towels. You will find extra towels under the sink. There is a replacement fee for stained or missing towels.
• Light Touch Housekeeping Procedures - 

  Daily Housekeeping Services:  Each day you stay, we will make your bed, replace used towels that are placed on the floor, empty your trash and replenish your amenities.  If the “Do Not Disturb” sign is displayed in your door key slot, staff will honor your privacy for a maximum of 24 hours, after which a housekeeper must enter to confirm occupancy, as usual.

  Weekly Housekeeping Services:  Guests staying 5 to 7 nights will receive daily light touch service as described above and one comprehensive, full-service cleaning.  Long term guests staying in excess of 7 nights will receive the same daily light touch service and two full-service cleanings during their stay, which includes one change of bed linens per week.

  Of course, if you have a housekeeping emergency, please feel free to contact the Front Desk to request additional assistance.

• ARMY LODGING PET POLICY:   Army regulations only allow 2 pets per family and they can ONLY be dogs or cats (2 dogs or 2 cats or 1 dog & 1 cat).  Pet guests will be charged a one-time cleaning fee and a daily pet charge.  Guests must present current valid health certificates for their pets upon check-in at Army Lodging facilities. Please contact hotel reservations for the current pet charge fees.

• Laundry facilities - There are three guest laundry rooms with three washers and dryers in each. Laundry rooms are located on the even floors, we ask our guests to check and empty lint traps before and after use. AAFES vending machines are in the laundry room with laundry items.
