New Youth Policy in Fitness Centers

Youth Policy in Fitness Centers

Effective March 1, 2024, USAG Stuttgart Family & MWR will be reinstating the original Army in Europe Regulation 215-1 and AER 215-1 regarding youth in fitness centers.

o   Children 15 & under will need a parent or guardian to participate alongside them in the fitness centers.
o   Children 12 & under will not have access to mechanical cardiovascular, strength equipment, or sauna and steam rooms.

This update enhances the safety and wellbeing of our community's youth and ensures a structured, age-appropriate fitness experience for all customers.
Thank you for your understanding. We are here to support a smooth transition back to the Army-wide standards.
