The EFMP Anxiety and Depression Support Group is a chance for you to meet with others who will help you feel understood, supported, and know that you are not alone. Group meets via Zoom for the convenience of all participants. You do not need to be enrolled in EFMP to participate! All DOD ID card holders are welcome.
